Description

The Cb: Innovation Tournament is a hands-on experience where creative high school students will learn how to identify problems, brainstorm innovative solutions, and bring ideas to life. Throughout the tournament, you will work alongside expert mentors, create compelling mockups, and learn the art of delivering powerful business pitches. The program culminates in a final competition, where the winning team will get $5,000 prize.

Who this Competition is For

•   Students in high school (9th - 12th grade) in Philadelphia
•   Creative students who are interested in the entrepreneurial space

You'll Learn How To

•   Identify and validate problems
•   Developing tech-centered solutions for your problem
•   Use software tools to create wireframes and mockups
•   How to prepare and deliver a compelling  pitch

2025 Schedule

Registration for the 2025 Cb: Innovation Tournament is now open.
•   October 1: registration ends and session begins
•   December 12: tournament showcase (in-person)

Practices:
•   Wednesdays (in-person innovation workshops) : 5:30pm - 7:00pm
•   Fridays (optional in-person working sessions) : 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Competition Prize

The winning team will receive $5,000 in seed money for their startup idea.
